A suspect has been arrested in connection with a number of bombs that have been delivered to political targets this week.

NBC News says the U.S. Department of Justice has confirmed that they have arrested 56-year-old Cesar Sayoc, Jr. Officials say he is in custody and  will be charged in connection with a series of pipe bombs that were sent through the mail.  A white van, packed with items that were visible through the windows, was covered with a tarp by law enforcement officials in the Florida city of Plantation.

Officials say pipe bombs have been intercepted that were addressed to Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, among others.
