Four people have been arrested for allegedly trafficking crack cocaine in Biddeford, according to Steve McCausalnd of the Maine Department of Public Safety.

In a press release sent out Thursday, McCausland said Crispina Mangual, 33, of Haverhill, Massachusetts, Herman Boyd, 21, and Robert Shand, 21, of the Bronx, New York and Elizabeth Farley, 49, of Biddeford were arrested at a South Street apartment Wednesday.

The four suspects were charged with aggravated crack cocaine trafficking. The charges are aggravated because the group was distributing the drug within 1,000 feet of St. James School, McCausland said.

Drug agents seized 20 grams of crack cocaine and $900 cash, according to the press release.

The suspects were taken to the York County Jail. Bail was set at $250,000 for Mangual, Boyd and Shand, while Farley's bail was set at $50,000.
