Cirque du Soleil Production Manager Takes Us Behind The Scenes At OVO [VIDEO]

Cirque du Soleil comes to Cross Insurance Center June 2nd thru the 5th. I chatted with Sheldon Abel who is the Production Manager for the newest arena production, OVO.

Sheldon is in charge of moving the show around every week, from town to town, making sure the cast works in a secure spot and manages a team of 30 technicians from over 10 different countries.

Sheldon is from Vancouver, Canada originally and says he remembers when I worked on the radio there. Polite guy! And of course he loves hockey, and after the mics went off predicted who would win the Stanley Cup.
