It was probably the last thing she expected to see upon returning home.

A Bangor man faces charges after a woman came home to find him in her house.

Bangor Police Sgt. Paul Edwards says police were called early Monday morning by a woman who  came home, unlocked her door, and saw a man standing inside her house. Not knowing who he was, she asked why he was in her house.

The man asked her to just come inside and she ran for her car and used her cell phone to dial 911. The victim reported to police the suspect followed her, opened her passenger side door and threatened her to come back inside. She repeatedly refused and he fled back in the house.

Sgt. Edwards says Officer Tim Shaw was the first to arrive and he immediately got into a confrontation with the suspect and had to deploy his Taser to control him.

42 year old Ronald Williams is charged with charged with Burglary, Criminal Mischief, Disorderly Conduct, Terrorizing, and Refusing to Submit to Arrest.
