Bangor Waterfront Workout is Fun and Free!
A huge group workout session will be held on the Bangor Waterfront later this month, as a way to encourage folks to live a healthier lifestyle. There will be 20 to 30-minute sessions with everything from routines for kids to boot camp!
Pulse Marketing and the Bodies by Badger fitness studio are hosting the event on the Bangor Waterfront. Pulse owner Cintia Miranda says they wanted to do an event that promoted healthier lifestyles and outdoor bonding time. And she couldn’t think of anyone better to lead the routines than Bodies by Badger owner Amy Badger.
Miranda told us that Badger does a great job of gearing her instruction to all ages and all fitness levels, so everyone’s invited to attend! Just bring along a yoga mat or a towel so you have something to sit/lie down on. Stay for the whole thing or drop in (or out) anytime!
The Waterfront Workout will be held from 9 a.m. to Noon on Saturday, June 28th on the Bangor Waterfront, next to the Darling’s Waterfront Pavilion. Just look for the tent!
