Bangor Police Dept. Is Looking For You…..To Become A Cop! [VIDEO]

Yesterday on the Bangor PD Facebook page, Officer Tim Cotton posted a video on their page. Not their usual kind of video, though. No one was committing a crime, or getting in an accident, or whatnot. Nope. They're looking for some fresh faces on the force, and they're hoping it's going to be you!

Their new recruitment video that they put together, with some help from students at New England School of Communications, is a really cool glimpse into some of what they do day to day as officers. Sure, there's likely plenty of ticket writing, and chasing bad guys, and all that stuff, but they also do a lot of good work in the community. It can't be all bad guys, all the time.

Maybe you're ready for a new career change, or maybe you have a desire to help our little burgh stay safe. Being a police officer might just be the change you're looking for. So maybe kick back, scope the video and see if joining the Bangor Police Department is the way for you to go.

Call me a weirdo, but in the post, there is some mention of an eventual blooper reel. So hopefully we get to see some of that. I know I'm a sucker for a good blooper reel... So cross your fingers for that one. But in the meantime.... Consider this fine profession for your future.
