A Bangor man suffered life-threatening injuries in a Presque Isle snowmobile crash.

WABI-TV reports Austin Guernsey and Nicholas Bazinet, who are both 20-years-old, were riding on a trail that runs alongside the Fort Road when their sleds collided. Wardens told TV-5 that the men were driving too fast and weren't able to brake effectively on the ice.

Guernsey sustained injuries that were described as life-threatening, while Bazinet wasn't hurt as seriously.
