The fourth suspect in connection with an Augusta drug-related homicide has been arrested in Queens, New York.

Public Safety spokesman Steve McCausland says 26-year-old Aubrey Armstrong was in a New York courtroom on Monday for a fugitive from justice charge, after being arrested inside a residence in Queens last week. Armstrong is the fourth person charged in the death of 31-year-old Joseph Marceau, who was killed inside an apartment on Washington Street in Augusta on November 23rd. Police say the crime was drug-related.

Three others were also charged in the case. Two men are in prison, awaiting their upcoming trials, while a woman who was charged in the case committed suicide in her cell shortly after her arrest.

Armstrong's return to Maine to face his murder charge is pending his court appearances in New York.
