Ashley Judd a Potential Kentucky Senate Candidate–Attack Ads Already Started

44-year-old, Ashley Judd, has announced that she maybe be seeking senate candidacy in for the state of Kentucky.

Judd, who is well-known as the daughter of country star, Naomi Judd, and the half-sister of country great, Wynonna, is also an accomplished actress, a humanitarian, and political activist. But the news hasn't been brushed off without some resistance.

According to CNN, if Judd's candidacy becomes official, she'll be trying to unseat Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell, and the attack ads have already started. Even Judd's grandmother has stated that she question's the wisdom of Ashley's candidacy.
