For many, April 15th is a rough day...yes it's Tax Day in the U.S., and for us procrastinators, the clock is ticking! But, other events on this day in history has given it the name 'That Sucks Day'

At 2:20 a.m. on April 15, 1912, the British ocean liner Titanic sinks into the North Atlantic Ocean about 400 miles south of Newfoundland, Canada. The massive ship, which carried 2,200 passengers and crew, had struck an iceberg two and half hours before.

On April 14, 1865, John Wilkes Booth, a famous actor and Confederate sympathizer, fatally shot President Abraham Lincoln at a play at Ford’s Theatre in Washington, D.C. The President would pass away from the gun shot at 7:22 a.m on April 15th, 1865.

Then someone thought, geez with all these historical down points...let's make it Tax Day Too!
