All Aboard the Pumpkin Train

Choo choo! Downeast Scenic Railroad is delighted to bring back the Pumpkin Train! 

Celebrate the harvest season and enjoy Maine's beautiful foliage when you hop aboard the Downeast Scenic Railroad's Pumpkin Train on Saturday, October 18th. There are two ride times to choose from, 10:30 AM or 1:30 PM, departing from the train station at 245 Main Street in Ellsworth.

With the purchase of your tickets each child gets to pick a pumpkin from the pumpkin patch when the train stops. Then when everyone's back on board the kids get a sticker kit to decorate their pumpkins on the ride back.
