A Concerned Parent at a School Board Meeting Gets Arrested for What?

In Gilford NH, a father was arrested for speaking out about a controversial book assigned to his 9th grade daughter, that has a page in it depicting a graphic sexual encounter. 

Other parents were also voicing their concerns, but it seems this concerned dad, may have broken the 2 minute rule??? What???
