We continue to bring you awesome videos from the 1990's today with a fine example of the traditional movement in the '90's. T Mark Chesnutt and 'It's a Little Too Late!'

Mark Chesnutt has always been a traditionalist. His music is pure honky tonk, without a hint of pop or crossover. After the immense pop influences of the 1980's many found the 'new traditionalism' refreshing. Me included!

He got his start in country music singing with his father in clubs around Texas. As a matter of fact, Mark dropped out of high school in his sophomore year in order to pursue a music career. Eventually, his father took him to Nashville where he could get some real exposure.

'It's a Little Too Late' was written by Mark Chesnutt, Roger Springer, and Slugger Morrissette. Released in September of 1996, it was the lead single from Mark's 'Greatest Hits' album. The song reached number 1 on the American charts and number 5 on the Canadian charts.

These days, Mark is still busy running his own record label, 'Nada Dinero!'
