90’s At Nine Online – Billy Ray Cyrus ‘Some Gave All’ [VIDEO]

We pay tribute to America's Veterans on the 90's at Nine Online today with Billy Ray Cyrus and his very moving tribute song, 'Some Gave All.' We give our thanks to the men and women of the military on this Veterans Day, and everyday.

Billy Ray has taken a lot of hits for his music. And now, is taking even more for his daughter Miley's antics. But this song has always struck a chord. If there's one song of his that stands out, it's this one.

I am the daughter of a veteran. My father, Terry Campbell, worked for Armed Forces Radio in Korea during the war. And when he came back to the states, he worked on airplanes in California. My Mom Ruth, who had never flown in her life, got on a plane and flew to the west coast to marry my Dad while he was still serving. I was raised to respect the military and the freedoms that we enjoy in this country.

So on this and every Veterans Day, I say a heartfelt thank you to those who've served, and their families, who have sacrificed so much to keep our country free. Take a moment today, remove your hat, bow your head, and show your appreciation. God Bless America.
