90’s at Nine Online – Alan Jackson with Here in the Real World [VIDEO]

The 90's at Nine Online today pays tribute to our reigning Hot Hunk Monday champion, Alan Jackson! The long-legged crooner is one of those artists who survived the one-hit-wonder status of so many 90's artists, to reach superstar status. This has always been one of my favorites!

The Georgia native got his start in Nashville working in the mailroom at The Nashville Network. It was his wife Denise who connected him with Glen Campbell. That friendship helped him land a recording contract with Arista Nashville and he was on his way!

'Here in the Real World' was Alan's debut album, released in November of 1989. A huge success for the newcomer, it produced five singles, including the title cut!
