The 4th Annual Children's Winter Ice Fishing Day is Sunday, Jan. 18!  Break out the warm clothes and have your kids experience ice fishing for the fist time!  Hey, even if it's not the first time it's going to be a lot of fun!

The Penobscot County Conservation Association invites everyone to attend between 9 and 2 at 570 North Main Street in Brewer.  The fun will take place on LeVasseur Pond and any kids up to the age of 15 can attend!

It's FREE FISHING!  Catch one and take it home!  Maybe good ol' mom and dad can show you how to clean it!

Equipment and bait will be provided for the pre-drilled and pre-placed ice fishing traps on LeVasseur Pond.  All activities will be monitored and taught by experienced fishers, the sportsmen and women of the Penobscot County Conservation Association!

Warm drinks and snacks will be available by making a donation at the clubhouse, which is a great place to warm up during the event!  Kids must be accompanied by an adult. Want to know more?  Email pccasportshow@gmail.com or check out the PCCA's Facebook page!

This event may be postponed due to bad weather so keep an eye on their Facebook page.
