A man from Boston and his girlfriend from Maine have been arrested on crack cocaine charges in Maine for the second time in less than three months.

Randy Aron of Boston, MA and his girlfriend Jessica Pare, of Mexico, ME, both 40 years old, were charged with aggravated trafficking in schedule W drugs and violation of conditions of release after a raid on the home Pare rents on Main Street in Mexico, the Maine Department of Public Safety said in a news release.

The Maine Drug Enforcement Agency, assisted by Oxford County deputies, state troopers and Mexico and Rumford police, discovered drugs and more than $8,000 in cash in a search of Pare's home early Friday morning, the release said.

Drug agents said they seized 9 grams of pre-packaged crack cocaine and some Suboxone strips. Money that was used by undercover DEA agents to purchase drugs was also recovered, according to the release.

The two were out on bail following their arrests March 1 at a home on Angie Lane in Mexico, their previous residence.

The two were taken to the Oxford County Jail and are being held without bail. They are expected to appear before a judge Monday afternoon.
