17-Year-Old Killed In Milo Crash

A 17-year-old was killed and two other teens injured in a single-vehicle crash in Milo over the weekend.

WABI-TV reports the accident happened at around 1:00 Sunday afternoon on the Lakeview Road. Police say the driver over-corrected after losing control, and the vehicle ended up in some trees. Two other juveniles in the car were taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The names of the teens have not been released.

Speed is believed to have been a factor in the crash, according to police.
